Personal Work: acrylic on bristol board.
As I've stated in other personal works, one of my favorite places is the beach. I also really love space and the night sky, so I decided to combine the two and paint this one day. It was also my own challenge for myself to see if I could reflect the sunset gradient in the sky accurately in the water's reflection. I was also using this piece to practice out different techniques with new paintbrushes I had recently purchased. I'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out.
